Siobhain to hold public meeting on Colliers Wood tower proposals

Tomorrow, February 28th, Siobhain will hold a public meeting and coffee morning to discuss major new development plans for the land behind Britannia Point, opposite Colliers Wood tube station.

Criterion Capital have submitted plans to build three multi-storey towers on the current coach park site, including:

• A 12-storey block (76 flats)

• A 14-storey shared living block (146 residents)

• A 15-storey aparthotel (177 rooms)

• Ground floor communal space

This development would have a significant impact on Colliers Wood. A senior planning officer from Merton Council will be present, along with local councillors to answer your questions.

Siobhain and the team will also be offering advice and support to tenants who have received Section 21 eviction notices at Britannia Point.

Tea, coffee and snacks provided. Please do come along and share your views – and let your neighbours know.
