Children’s Week 2025 in the Houses of Parliament

In August, Siobhain hosted her annual Children’s Days events, with over 600 children and parents visiting Parliament for an exclusive behind the scenes look at life in Westminster. With activities including games, quizzes, and tours of Parliament, Children’s Day 2025 provided a fun day out for children and parents alike.

Throughout the year, Siobhain endeavours to ensure Parliament is open for anybody who would like to visit and she has taken thousands of local residents on visits and tours of the building over the years. School summer holidays can be an expensive time, which is why Siobhain first started her Children’s Day events 28 years ago, to give parents in the constituency a free activity to do with their children over the holidays.

Don’t worry if you missed it this year - Children’s Day is returning in Summer 2026! Keep an eye on this website for updates, or email Siobhain on siobhain.mcdonagh.mp@parliament.uk to book your place.
