Siobhain's Campaigns 20/09/2003 (Updated on 10/11/2003) Save St Helier Hospital The Tories' Health Spokesperson in the House of Commons believes that key health services should move from St Helier to Epsom. The St Helier and Epsom Hospital Trust is actively considering his proposals. Help Siobhain fight this Tory threat, and write to the Trust to Save St Helier. 15/05/2002 Siobhain pushes for a better deal for diabetics After hearing at first hand of the problems of her diabetic constituents, Siobhain was moved to speak out in Parliament about diabetes, a very serious health issue which she feels has never received the recognition it deserves, given the eight thousand people of all ages, races and backgrounds who are living with diabetes in Mitcham, Morden and Colliers Wood. 19/02/2002 (Updated on 21/01/2004) Quality of Life Issues: Siobhain Works for Better Neighbourhoods in Mitcham and Morden On "Quality of Life" issues, Siobhain has held meetings in a variety of places, from the Prime Minister's office in Westminster to a bus stop in London Road, Morden! 18/02/2002 Siobhain Calls for Wilson Hospital to Reopen Siobhain is leading a campaign to urge Health Ministers to reopen Mitcham's Wilson Hospital. Since December, thousands of Mitcham and Morden people have added their names to a petition she plans to present to Parliament.
